The primary action of the Cal-Mag Essentials capsules, powder and liquid formulations is to supply essential minerals for the body with emphasis on calcium and magnesium. In addition to calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3, Cal-Mag EssentialsTM also provides the body with vitamin C and other essential minerals: zinc, manganese, copper, boron, chromium, selenium, vanadium. Since the body does not produce minerals, all of its requirements must come from the diet or from supplements.
