Known as NAC, N‑acetylcysteine is a precursor of the amino acid ʟ‑cysteine, a compound instrumental for the production of glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant. Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

 

Directions 

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily twice with a meal or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
